To register and maintain an account with tk1917, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by tk1917 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or undue influence from any third party.

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep that information current at all times. tk1917 may request documentary verification of any information provided, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. tk1917 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify tk1917 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

tk1917 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment partners, including Dutch-Bangla Bank and select domestic debit cards, may be available and will be displayed at the time of transaction. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. The maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per transaction are subject to the limits applicable to your chosen payment method and may vary. Players who have completed identity verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed in the account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. tk1917 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification checks.

Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. tk1917 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts held in names other than the registered account holder.

tk1917 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. All transactions are monitored. Where suspicious activity is detected, tk1917 reserves the right to freeze account funds, request enhanced verification documentation, delay withdrawals, and where required, report the activity to relevant authorities. Player funds held during an investigation will not accrue interest.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and free bets offered by tk1917 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside each offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific conditions attached to each promotion before claiming it.

tk1917 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or promotional reward if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has abused any promotional offer. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting any error or technical fault in the promotion's configuration.

Bonus credits, promotional free spins, and free bets that are not used within the validity period specified in the offer will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. The validity period for each offer is displayed at the time of issue. tk1917 is not obliged to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original offer terms.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the tk1917 platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where an explicit cash-out or edit feature is provided for that specific market. All game outcomes produced by certified random number generators are final. tk1917 will not reverse a game result or bet settlement on the grounds that a player disagrees with the outcome.

In the event that a game or betting session is interrupted due to a network disconnection, server fault, or any other technical issue, tk1917 will attempt to resolve the round using the last recorded game state where technically possible. If a round cannot be completed and no valid game state is available, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. tk1917 is not liable for losses caused by a player's own internet connection or device failure.

tk1917 reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing error in any sports betting market or any displayed game RTP figure. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices — may be settled at the corrected price or voided at tk1917's discretion. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors are in breach of these Terms and may have associated winnings voided.

Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or an indefinite period by contacting tk1917 support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new accounts may be created. tk1917 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that a determined player will not circumvent these measures.

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through the account dashboard at any time. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. tk1917 recommends that all players proactively set deposit limits as part of a responsible approach to gaming.

All content on the tk1917 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of tk1917 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of tk1917.

You agree not to use the tk1917 platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Using automated software, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access or monitor the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software.
• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the platform.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or its associated infrastructure.
• Harvesting or collecting personal information about other users without their express consent.

tk1917 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. tk1917 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk1917's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of the stake placed by that player in the transaction giving rise to the liability. tk1917 shall not in any circumstances be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

These Terms & Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between players and tk1917 should be conducted in English to ensure clarity and accurate record-keeping.

tk1917 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, in circumstances that include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, provision of false registration information, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct directed at staff or other players, or any activity that tk1917 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform's integrity or the safety of other users.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds in the account will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any pending verification or investigation, except where the balance is subject to a legal hold or fraud inquiry.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting tk1917 support at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any open bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt of the request.
